35 ലക്ഷം ശമ്പളമുള്ള ജോലി ഉപേക്ഷിച്ച് 300 കോടി വിറ്റുവരവുള്ള ബ്രാൻഡ് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ സംരംഭകൻ | SPARK

എൻജിനീയറിങ് പഠനത്തിന് ശേഷം സെയിൽസ് മാനായി ചെന്നൈക്ക്. പിന്നീട് ബാംഗ്ലൂരിലേക്ക്. അവിടെനിന്നാണ് കരിയറിന്റെ തുടക്കം. അവിടെനിന്നും രണ്ടുവർഷത്തിന് ശേഷം ഹാവൽസിൽ ജോലി ലഭിച്ചു, അന്ന് 12 കോടിയായിരുന്നു സ്ഥാപനത്തിന്റെ വിറ്റുവരവ്. പിന്നീട് ഫിനോലക്സിലേക്ക്. അഞ്ചുവർഷത്തിന് ശേഷം വീണ്ടും ഹാവൽസിലേക്ക്. കേരളത്തിന്റെയും കർണാടകയുടെയും ചുമതല ഏറ്റെടുത്തു. കേരള മാർക്കറ്റിൽ 25 ലക്ഷം വിറ്റുവരവിൽനിന്നും 300 കോടി വിറ്റുവരവിലേക്ക് സ്ഥാപനത്തെ എത്തിച്ചു. 2012ൽ രാജ്യത്തെ നമ്പർ വൺ കമ്പനിയായി ഹാവൽസ് മാറി. അവിടെനിന്നും സ്വന്തം സ്ഥാപനം എന്ന തീരുമാനവുമായി ജോലി രാജിവെച്ച ജ്യോതിഷ് കുമാർ ലൂക്കർ എന്ന ബ്രാൻഡ് ആരംഭിച്ചു. LED ആയിരുന്നു ആദ്യ പ്രോഡക്ട്. ഇന്ന് 300 കോടി വിറ്റുവരവുള്ള സ്ഥാപനം 10,000 കോടി വിറ്റുവരവാണ് ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നത്. ലൂക്കർ എന്ന ബ്രാൻഡിന്റെയും ജെ.കെ എന്ന ജ്യോതിഷ് കുമാറിന്റെയും സ്പാർക്കുള്ള കഥ..
