The Texas Southern University Ocean of Soul Marching Band presents a special tribute to Kerr County, Texas during our National Battle of the Bands field show.

This performance honors the memory of those lost in the July 4, 2025 floods, when the Guadalupe River rose more than 26 feet in under an hour, claiming over 100 lives — including 27 campers and staff at Camp Mystic.

We remember the resilience of Kerr County and stand in solidarity with the community.
