So yeah, this is part of the November update for KMS. It's Paradise On Earth: Gold Beach! It's a beach of Gold Richie's property. You'll meet many new NPCs there, including him (obviously) and his son! The monsters are modified versions of Singapore's. If you notice, many of them are very similar to Ulu City's, CBD's and Malaysia's.

This area seems to be suited for level 45~60 characters, but any 45+ character can enter and do the quests.

This very complete video shows you most (all?) quests which you can do in this nice new area, including the final Octopus boss.

Since this gives you the chance to hear the full BGM (even though it's often interrupted by the change of clips), and since the update only included a new one (that which you hear in the video), I won't upload a separate video for it.
