Hey friend 💛 welcome back to another weekly vlog!
This week was full of faith, family, love, and getting back disciplined. I listened to a powerful word from Pastor Dharius Daniels and Pastor Phillip Anthony Mitchell while working, prepped and set up our content room for a new recording, and got back consistent with walking 10,000 steps a day as part of my weight loss and health journey.
I also went Valentine’s shopping with my niece, found some cute clothing pieces and makeup finds, and spent Valentine’s Day with my husband trying a Brazilian steakhouse (so good 😍).
We had a seafood boil with my mom and sister (blue crabs + bonding time 🦀), and ended the week at church with a Sunday fit check, powerful praise & worship, and an on-time Word.
This season is about stewardship of my body, my marriage, my calling, parenting and the studio space God has trusted us with. Thank you for being here and growing with me 🤍

Join a church that teaches the Word of God and begin building community. We were never meant to walk this journey alone.
2. Get involved in a ministry
Join a ministry within the church that aligns with the natural gifts God has placed within you. This will help you grow, serve, and build meaningful relationships within the Body of Christ.
3. Carve out daily time with God
Set aside time each day to commune with God through reading His Word and prayer. This can be as simple as one scripture a day paired with a short prayer. God honors your heart and your effort—He will do the rest.
4. Learn the Word consistently
Check out the YouTube channel Overt FM, where you’ll find practical, Bible-based teachings that are easy to understand and apply to everyday life. You’ll also discover Christian hip-hop, rap, and R&B music that helps purify what enters your ear gates and keeps your heart aligned with God.
5. Pray for alignment
Ask God to remove people, habits, and things in your life that are contrary to His Word and His will. Trust Him to lead you into a life that is pleasing to Him.
