Ingredients :

4 tbsp all purpose flour (maida)
2 tbsp corn starch
Half tsp onion powder
Half tsp italian herb seasoning
Half tsp red chilli flakes
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
Half tsp salt
Half cup water
3-4 tbsp Bread crumbs
1 cup oil to fry

NOTE: Don't fry shrimp more than 4 minutes otherwise they will be hard to chew
