DNS Start Position (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization)

This is a base position upon which many aspects of stabilization and movement can be worked on, the most common uses include deep cervical flexion, thoracic spine uprighting/axial extension, cueing intra-abdominal pressure, and scapular stabilization. A variety of active drills can also be programmed from the Start Position.
