All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be initiated or entertained under any circumstances.
If a product is received damaged during shipping, the seller is fully responsible and if item is lost, delivery partner is responsible for compensating the client.
We offer cash on delivery in Kohima, Dimapur, Mokokchung, and Senapati under our premium service. An additional cost of ₹1,500 applies for mobile phones, and ₹2,000 for laptops and MacBooks.
Minor scratches that are not highly visible and cannot be captured by a camera are not considered an issue in a used phone unless there is a crack or dent. Please be aware that some minor scratches are to be expected in a used product. These minor scratches will not be addressed unless they affect the phone’s performance
If any faults are found in the phone, customers are requested to return it within 10 working days, under any circumstances.
It is mandatory for all clients to update us on the delivery of the product on the same day with an unboxing video, without any edits. No issues will be entertained without the video.
We do not offer any products on EMI or any independent installment system. We accept booking amounts, but these amounts are non-refundable.
We keep some products in Dimapur, and whatever is available, we post specifically. However, we do not have any offline stores; we only sell online.
We offer a buyback option for our products, with a deduction of 20% to 50% (only if both parties agree; otherwise, it is not mandatory).
If a product has a repair history, we mention that specifically. We are not responsible for display damage, camera faults, or any issues that arise after 10 working days.
We don’t sell or feel desperate to sell our products to those who call us fraud.
Shipping charges are to be paid by client to courier partner from their end.
