William Carver, better known by those around him as either Bill or just Carver, is the leader of a group that took over a Howe’s Hardware store in Tennessee following the start of the zombie outbreak. Prior to the downfall of modern society not much is really known about the man, but after the dead started rising and eating people he wound up joining a small group that would eventually consist of more than a dozen survivors.
