Hello everyone!
Here is a recording of Amma (Mata Amritanandamayi Devi) praying for world peace and harmony, using a traditional sanskrit prayer:
Sarve bhavantu sukhinah sarve santu niramayah sarve bhadrani pashyantu ma kashchid duhkha bhagbhavet (may all beings be happy, may all beings be without illness, may all beings see the good in others, and may no one take part in suffering).
I found it at the beginning of Amma's bhajan « Que règnent en ce monde », and manage to make it repeated for a few minutes of prayer.
Enjoy the video, pray with Amma, look around you and take positive actions in your daily life!
Big things are only made of little things and nothing else.
Good actions with good intention and good attitude, that's the real prayer, the everyday life prayer.
Start altruism with your thoughts and continue with your hands.

To illustrate the meaning of universal prayers, Amma told the following story: “One day, a widower asks a sannyasin to pray for the peace of his late wife's soul. The sannyasin begins reciting his prayers: “May everyone be happy, may there be no suffering, may the whole universe be bathed in positive forces, may everyone attain perfection...” The husband is somewhat upset when he hears these prayers. He calls out to the sannyasin: “Swami, I thought you were going to pray for my wife's soul, but I haven't heard you pronounce her name once!” “I'm sorry,” replies the sannyasin, ”but I can't pray like that. My faith and my guru have taught me to pray for everyone, for the whole universe. In truth, only prayers said for the good of the world are beneficial on an individual level. Watering the branches of a tree is a waste of water. On the other hand, if we water the roots, the nutrients benefit the tree's branches and leaves. Your wife will only receive her share of blessings if I pray for all; only then will her soul find peace.”
