NPC Advantages: no requirements. gardevoir (life dew, synchronize), burners (drifblim, arcanine) and intimidators (staraptor, arcanine, tauros) help. arboliva will ruin the run unless you replace earthquake with stomping tantrum or tera blast, which is probably doable but will just take longer.

Strategy: bulk up, earthquake, after your stats reset 6x bulk up, rest if HP gets low, 2x earthquake, terastalize, earthquake until the shield breaks, taunt, earthquake to victory.

Pros: supereffective tera type, good HP stat, great def stat, fantastic atk stat, outspeeds emboar. no weaknesses, resists flare blitz before terastalizing, resists head smash, resists wild charge before terastalizing, immune to wild charge after terastalizing, bulk up buffs 1 def stage and 1 atk stage, rest heals full HP bar, taunt blocks raid boss emboar from using bulk up. earthquake has a 100 base power, 100 accuracy, and it deals supereffective (STAB when terastalized) damage. shell beal heals when attacking, proportional to damage dealt.

Cons: tera type mismatches base type, risks burn from flare blitz (10% chance) after terastalizing.
