1. A push kick!

Technique:

1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Chamber your kicking leg, bending the knee.
3. Extend the leg, pushing the foot out.

5. Retract the leg, returning to the chambered position.

1. Low push kick (target: stomach or groin).
2. Mid push kick (target: solar plexus or chest).
3. High push kick (target: head or face).
