Most cutscene tracks aren't included as for whatever god-awful reason they put dialogue over the music in the music file itself.

This will at some point be taken down and reuploaded, the sound isn't what it should be and is too quiet. This will be done most likely when the Halo 4 mod tools come out, as trying to rip the files out of the game is a nightmare, and the mod tools make it a hell of a lot easier in identifying what track is which (At least in Halo 4's case, I hope. Only time will tell.)
