You WILL NOT believe what the solver says here. [SPOILER ALERT} With both blinds being so short, the CO's strategy is mainly around jamming rather than minraising and even hands as strong as KK jam rather than minraise. This is because the BTN can apply so much pressure and the CO's risk premium against the BTN is one of the highest you will see. Such an extreme situation. And extreme situations lead to extreme solutions.
