This is an intense and quick 40 minutes workout that you can do at your layovers,
Shoulder press 3 times for 1 minute
Jump squats 3 times for 1 minute
Lunges 3 times for one minute each leg
Pushups in rotation 3 times for 30 seconds
Wide-diamond push-ups for 30 second
Abs workout should be 12 minutes non stop.
