Hi everyone, its Andrew here with another quick video blog / vlog update whilst I’m out and about getting it done walking around the beautiful Ecopark project here in Hung Yen, near Hanoi, Vietnam.

Follow my journey as i lose weight and get healthy using NLP and other mind techniques, including the Desktop Mind system (myOS1.0). I want to share this journey and experience with you all, and it is also for me to look back on and further self motivate. Seeing what I was doing well, helps me to continue to keep doing those things. If it works, keep doing that, if it doesn’t work, change something.

My 3 key mottos -
“Get up, get out and get it done”
“Do something today, to improve your tomorrows”
“What can be measured, can be improved”

I started this weight loss and health journey back in September 2019, when I weighed 117kg and was feeling really unhealthy. The timing was perfect to get started and do something about it.

I am using available technology and combining this with blogging & vlogging to help keep me motivated and focussed on my goal of losing weight and getting healthy.

Technical info -
I’m using various technology including the DJI Osmo Mobile 3 Gimbal to help stabilise the Apple IPhone 12 Pro Max Graphite whilst I’m filming using the Filmic pro and Doubletake apps that allows me to use 2 cameras at the same time and to ensure some nice quality. I’m also using the Sony ZV1 with various picture profiles.
