Summer’s here so what could be better than a cocktail with homemade sorbet? It’s even tastier if it’s made with a sustainable approach so I show you how to make a homemade zero waste sorbet using watermelon rinds (remember the Smoky Worm 2.0 episode?) and some home picked herbs to lift up this summer lemon dessert. Add in Italian gin and prosecco and you’ll feel just like you’re cruising the canals of Venice with the Sgroppino in your hand. Saluti!
