External Setup Highlights:
► Smart Fluid Storage: Transition from drums to IBCs for lubrication and coolant, featuring easy-swap capabilities and isolation valves to minimize leaks.
► Secure Fuel Storage: A STORE-5.5 Diesel Self Bunded Tank (5,500L) with an enclosed, lockable pump bay for weatherproof and secure on-site refuelling.
► Optimised Air Supply: A dedicated compressor and holding tank connected to the building’s air ring, providing individual pressure control to each dispensing pump.
► Efficient Waste Oil Management: A BOX-2.25 Self Bunded Waste Oil Tank (2,250L) with an automated 80% full indicator and alarm system.

Internal Workshop Enhancements:
► Organised Dispensing: Custom-built, in-house fabricated hose reel stands with dedicated, clearly labeled (laser-etched plates!) reels for various engine oils, hydraulic oil, air, and coolant – including spare provisions for future needs.
► Automated Waste Oil System: No more manual handling! Waste oil filters into a stainless steel tray and is automatically extracted by a Graco Husky Diaphragm Pump directly to the external self-bunded tank.
