Hey WWGANG. I know y'all probably thought I was living. y best life and had officially forgotten about y'all. NOPE, I've just been working with literally 0 time to give updates and edit. until I find someone who can edit efficiently, I've only got my hands and need that.

HIRING:

Personal Assistant:
(Required duties + roles)

Organisational skills: must be able to juggle bookings, emails and deadlines (calendar management skills are essential)
Communication: Must be able to respond professionally and promptly both externally and internally
Tech savviness: Must be familiar with social media, Must know how to use and operate camera (phone and digital), must be able to understand/work technically.
Research: Do research and familiarise themselves with the industry I am in.
Proactivity: anticipate needs within the team/brand and offer realistic solutions.
Confidentiality and Discretion: Will be handling personal and sensitive information, so maintaining discretion is extremely essential
Travel coordinations: Arrange travel itineraries, handling production
Support and Reliability: Show up when needed and stay reliable to the team.
Projects: Assisting on production, personal projects and special projects

MUST HAVES:
1/2 years experience in assisting in this field or industry and/or some form of experience in teamwork, organising and admin
Must be well aware of trends and be willing to learn what's new
Must have respect, for time (be punctual, proactive and determined), respect for people too.
Clear criminal record
Must drive and be mobile
Must be based in Johannesburg

Road Manager:
Scheduling and logistics: Coordinate gig and shoot dates, travel, and accommodation.
Communication: Liaise with venues, promoters, and team members. communicate promptly and professionally
Budget management: Handle Road Related Expenses, Payments, and Invoices.
Problem-solving and punctuality: Deal with last-minute changes or issues. Deal with limited time. Be Punctual.
Itinerary management: Create and share schedules for you and the team.

MUSTS:
Must have 1/2 experience in the field
Must be on ground with artist at all times (shoots, gigs, practice, events, radio, etc)
Must be well connected with promoters, have form of relation with respective industry people
Must be mobile and car is essential
Must live in Johannesburg
Clear criminal record
