Dieser Titel ist seit vielen Jahren eines meiner Lieblingsstücke von Jelly Roll Morton. Es ist ein Blues im kreolischen Rhythmus - Jelly Roll nannte diese Rhythmen den „Spanish tinge“, die spanische Färbung.
Am Ende des Stückes dann wechselt der Rhythmus in den damals, also 1902, so neuen und hippen, ragtimeartigen Jazz-Rhythmus.

This track has been one of my favorites by Jelly Roll Morton for many years. It's a blues with a Creole rhythm - Jelly Roll called these rhythms the “Spanish tinge”.
At the end of the piece, the rhythm changes to the ragtime-like jazz rhythm that was so new and hip in 1902.
