We head to Wellingborough to have Sunday lunch with my mum. She has Turkey in the freezer that was brought last Christmas and wants to use it. Glenn puts up some lights in mums garden. We head back to the boat and I continue with my book The Seat for the Soul by Gary Zukav

It is Harry’s 25th Birthday, and I remember the day he was born. I delivered Harry on my own in a hospital car park while Glenn tried to gain entry to the maternity department.
We head to the office and Glenn is printing 100 caps for a customer. I am having a moral dilemma whilst reading Gary Zukav’s book, The Seat of the Soul. I think I should become a vegetarian - but what does that mean for my low carb lifestyle? I am well confused!
I cook diner kebabs made from King Oyster Mushrooms and I thought it was very delicious, Glenn was not so sure!

We spend most of the day on the boat working. At the end of the day, we head to Morrisons to get something for dinner. We pick up some Southern Fried W*ngs from The Vegilantes https://fave.co/2W5CrN6
I was pleasantly surprised by how good they tasted, even Mr Warner reluctantly agreed they were good.

Oh, what a lovely day! I go to Delapre Abbey with my mum for afternoon tea, stopping at Dobby’s garden centre en route.
Glenn makes a ‘life full of meaning’ sticker for the back of the car.
We then head to Debs, we try out her new hammock and then head out in her new car to Turtle Bay, both the hammock and the car test my flexibility!
Anyway, we consume many cocktails and Glenn drives us back with the roof down! What a lovely day.

Another stellar day. A fabulous parcel from Shannon and Rodney in the USA, jam-packed with deliciousness and I can’t wait to try some of the goodies.
We pop to my mums to see my brother and his family, along with his two dogs. We then go to see Carole and Stephen who have a lawnmower that isn’t workings. They have brought a new one but wondered if Glenn would like the old one which is destined for the bin.
Glenn fixes it and spends a happy hour cutting the grass outside Nutshell. I cook another veggie burger and decide to up my veggie cooking skills.

Our friend Lisa makes us two beautiful cushions for the caravan, and Glenn’s laser engraving machine arrives.
Glenn fixes the vinyl graphic to my car and I make some coconut macaroons with a very easy recipe.
