Progress report: Currently at 6'3"

Week 23 Day 1 - 5x5's

This week Tue-Sun
Squat Press (aka GOLIATH Online) + Bench Press + Bent over Rows 5x5's at 60lbs
Preacher/Freestyle Curls + Tricep Press 5x5's at 35lbs

25 pushups + 25 modified pushups right out of bed
50 crunches right out of bed

Put this playlist together to give others inspiration to just get started. I'm starting from about 20 years of doing damn near nothing physical fitness wise, so if I can do it, anyone can do it!

Over 400 lbs starting in April 2024, now over 70 lbs down, I'm on month 5 of my body transformation, I've went from 3XLT clothes and I'm down to 1XLT clothes already through sustained consistency

I'm making these vids, putting my self out there, and being vulnerable to show others it is possible to transform completely into your dream self. I'm not there yet! I've started workouts here and there over the last 20 years before and usually did too much and put so much pressure on myself I'd burn out and quit. I'm on a different wavelength this time and I know nothing will stop me. I celebrate myself on my daily efforts no matter how small, and I don't put pressure on myself anymore to do big crazy workouts. Building a real foundation incrementally and documenting it all for you. Your feedback helps the channel reach more people and is appreciated!

What am I doing?

Quit drinking, quit nicotine

Eating whole foods 90%-95% of the time (already did this for years)

Started at 5 pushups 15 modified pushups and 10 crunches a day, up to 25 pushups 25 modified pushups and 50 crunches a day

Added 5x5's started at 30lbs 6 days a week going up in 5lb increments
5x5 Squat press
5x5 Bench
5x5 Bent over rows

Added 5x5's biceps/triceps at 20lbs in week 5, going up in 5lb increments

I plan to add more slowly but again no rush and no pressure on myself. Progress comes from consistency not by injuring myself by trying to show off.
