This is the last single recorded by Japanese enka singer Hibari Misora.
Hibari Misora made her first stage appearance at the age of 8 in 1945, shortly after Japan's defeat.
And she became an icon of emancipate the people from war tyranny.
Misora recorded a total of 1,200 songs,
and last record "Like the Flow of the River" is often performed by numerous artists and orchestras as a tribute to her, including notable renditions by The Three Tenors (Spanish/Italian), Teresa Teng (Taiwanese) and Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlan (Mexican).
