Truck PA System Install - Lamphus Thunderwave Siren/PA/Horn Install & Test

This thing IS LOUD!! Love it!! While researching PA/Siren Systems for my truck, I was stuck choosing between cheapo $99 plastic systems with questionable sound output and siren longevity; OR, plopping down $250+ for a Feniex System. BUT! What I found was a compromise! This Lamphus Thunderwave https://amzn.to/3XyTqT1 (currently $189) is as LOUD as any Feniex, all with easy user functions PLUS a rock solid, heavy loud siren. It really bridges the gap- when you are taking the time to do a big install like this and want it to last - but DONT want to spend a TON. I’m really impressed. Links below to the systems I considered. I ended up choosing the THUNDERWAVE (all are “100 watts” - but decibels are NOT the same).. so don’t be fooled. This video shows the install on a 2015 F350 Super Duty, followed by a full, outdoor sound test at about 50 yards at the end of the video (not some BS test indoors). Feel free to fast forward to the parts you need to see.. (UPDATE: i HAVE ORDERED THE 2ND SPEAKER FOR A TOTAL OF 200 WATTS TO DOUBLE MY OUTPUT).

*The Lamphus Thunderwave is an all in one, easy, loud and rugged. It supports up to two sirens and comes with one. But the Feniex is programmable- however, limited on how many programs you can use at one time. You’re speaker choice is critical. Just because it says “100 watts” means nothing. Mounting position is CRITICAL for decibel levels!
