We have lot of this battery from chordless tools,many of them have burned bms so i take them apart,check for good battery,charge each battery and test for capacity,than i use wooden board to put 12 plastic battery holder,solder wires for bms and also i left longer strips between plastic battery holders to add more later,and battery bank is ready
