With the classic Timesheet module in Sage HR it’s easy for employees to log online the hours they’ve spent on a job for a set period and track overtime. These can be merged as reports to help payroll calculate salary.

Now with the new Projects Timesheet feature, hours spent can be assigned to certain projects or tasks for managers to keep track of costs.

The general timesheet displays a pre-filled weekly, bi-weekly or monthly working pattern.

Employees have the flexibility to make changes

And for the times to be edited by themselves or by management. Using the clock-in feature, the hours will be automatically logged.

On the Project side of Timesheet, companies assign different work packages to each project

The employee enters the different hours on live projects. They’ll see all the work packages and start and end dates.

On both the Project and general timesheets, save changes and submit.
