Baldwin Park itself is unique because we are 6 miles from downtown Orlando but yet we are 1100 acres of area that was well thought out and preplanned.

You have the city's best public schools all within walking distance. You have over 15 miles of biking and jogging trails not to mention many of the restaurants and boutique shops that are all within walking distance.

We're not that far from downtown. We are only a couple of miles, and it's only quick and easy to get there.

The architecture, the different home styles that are here make it seem like it has a unique feeling to it. The way they structured the community, we have neighbors where we never had neighbors before and it's nice having that feeling of being able to walk outside and wave to somebody and know their name and their children's names and their pet's names.

We just bought new bikes so we love going over to Blue Jacket Park. They have soccer fields and tennis courts and the swimming pools are wonderful. I love to swim and having a junior sized Olympic swimming pool and one that is heated was a real plus for me.

We sit outside on our lanai and we will set the lighting inside the house, so we look through the windows and we go "Oh my gosh! How did we get this house?" It's almost like we have to pinch ourselves.
