News 1:
Despite the Iran-Israel war, oil prices in the Middle East are showing limited impact.
Brent crude had surged by 15% but soon returned to pre-conflict levels, showing the oil market is now more efficient and resilient.
OPEC's share in global oil production has also dropped significantly to about 33%.

News 2:
Vodafone Idea is planning to raise a $2.9 billion loan with help from SBI-led lender group.
The loan will likely be both domestic and international, with a 10-year tenure.
This move aims to improve its network and regain market share lost to Jio and Airtel.
There are also hopes of government relief on telecom dues, though no official notice has been received yet.

News 3:
Tata Sons and Singapore Airlines invested ₹9,558 crore in Air India this year.
Tata invested ₹3,224 crore, while Singapore Airlines put in ₹6,333 crore.
In March alone, both invested ₹4,306 crore together in exchange for equity at ₹6.1632/share.

News 4:
HDFC Bank’s share price touched a record high of ₹1,997.90 on June 26.
This is due to strong market sentiment and the high demand for HDB Financial Services’ IPO, which was already 45% subscribed by day 2.
The bank is expected to earn ₹10,000 crore from this offer-for-sale.

News 5:
Mukesh Ambani’s Jio-BP and Gautam Adani’s Adani Total Gas have struck a fuel pump–CNG station partnership.
Ambani will install CNG pumps at his fuel stations and vice versa.
This partnership challenges government-run fuel giants.
India's fuel market is projected to grow to $307 billion by 2032.

News 6:
SEBI fined BSE ₹25 lakh on June 25, 2025.
Reason: BSE gave corporate announcements earlier to paid clients and its internal team than to the public between Feb 2021 and Sept 2022.
SEBI called this “negligent” behavior that could damage market trust.

News 7:
JSW Steel has filed a Supreme Court petition to reverse its cancelled acquisition of Bhushan Power & Steel (₹19,300 crore deal).
The court had canceled the takeover saying it violated IBC rules.
JSW wants the liquidation process paused until review.
PNB and SBI support JSW due to BPSL’s ₹47,000 crore debt.

News 8:
Motilal Oswal recommended 5 PSU stocks for long-term investment:
SBI, HAL, BEL, Power Grid, and Coal India.
They noted strong earnings, government policy support, and a 32% CAGR in the BSE PSU Index since FY20 (vs Nifty 50’s 19%).

News 9:
ArisInfra Solutions had a weak market debut on June 25.
Listed at an 8% discount (₹205 on NSE vs IPO price of ₹222) and fell another 15% to ₹173.90 post-listing.
The IPO had raised ₹500 crore but faced no premium in the grey market either.

News 10:
RBI may still cut interest rates.
Though its June 6 policy changed stance from “accommodative” to “neutral,” MPC member Saugata Bhattacharya said rate cuts are still possible.
He even voted for a 0.25% cut, provided inflation remains in control.
