It’s not known exactly why but when babies cut teeth, some come through with no trouble, while others cause all kinds of problems: sore, red gums, difficulty feeding and sleepless nights. Dribbling and gnawing usually mean teeth are on their way.

Wipe away the dribbles gently with a clean muslin cloth to prevent a rash. If your baby is also tearful and doesn’t want to feed, it’s likely he or she has sore gums. In these instances, you can apply Dentinox Teething Gel to help soothe your baby.
