The new EcoBell PurgeBox is the cleanest solution on the market for two-component (2K) applications. For the first time, a purging system can collect almost all solvent-based 2K paints and purging media. This has a positive effect: the VOC load in the booth due to color changes is reduced by up to 60 percent. This is possible since the new system does not have the usual funnel, and purging the funnel always results in a lot of VOCs being released. Instead, a bell disk retracts the atomizer into the box. This is equipped with special filter mats, which collect the majority of the paint.
