Juzo Amon is really tough. Half way through the fight, he spams a bunch of special attacks, and can even heal himself. It's very frustrating, however there's a simple method to beating him:

1. Fight him like normal at the start (I was trying to time Tiger Drop, and failed miserably)
2. As soon as he starts charging, use the Warrior's Onslaught Extract.
3. Spam the hell out of Warriors Onslaught, over and over.
4. If you keep up with him, he won't be able to recover.
5. Victory!
