calculate the quantity of materials in concrete and estimate the quantity of cement, sand,
and aggregate required by themselves. This enables them to minimize the expenses on

PS:
The procedure shown in this video is for Beam(without steel/Reinforcement)

For RCC column you can use minimum grade
M20(1:1.5:3) and do the calculations accordingly.
