After a 2 month hiatus, tonight kicks off the next ITMMS series. Tonight, I spoke with Matt from Sap House Meadery in New Hampshire. These cats have been in the business since 2011 and have a wide variety of styles across all the mead spectrum.

Matt and I discuss their history and background, some tips for homebrewers, plus their production designs, marketing, and operation techniques. We also discuss the state of mead today vs. 5 years ago and the future of the industry. This was a great way to get back into the groove 🍻
