(3 Apr 1958) Over eighty thousand tons on liner, in dry dock at Southampton. She's the "Queen Mary", and she was there, having her stabilisers fitted. Now passengers sailing in the "Queen Mary" should have no fear of those Atlantic rollers! Afterwards, she went for a short voyage down the Channel, while tests were being carried out. Seen at the Denny-Brown Stabiliser controls was their designer, Sir William Wallace, with Captain George Morris, master of the ship.
