Democratic Presidential candidate Kamala Harris is facing a significant financial shortfall of $20 million following her campaign efforts. Despite raising an impressive $1 billion from high-profile donors like Michael Bloomberg and Bill Gates, Harris' campaign fell short. On October 15, she paid Oprah Winfrey’s Harpo Productions $1 million, while concerts by Bon Jovi, Lady Gaga, and Katy Perry contributed to the debt.
