*ITALY and DEB's stories
Deb shared about her trip to Italy! What a fantastic experience!! CHOW!

*New items!
While many of the goodies we shared today are not directly stitching related they were certainly unique and fun to see. Who knew that Pinocchio's story began in Florence, Tuscany!

*Current Work.....Deb and Liz showed a few pieces that have been in progress.
Deb worked on Flea Market Flowers from It's So Emma
Additionally she worked on the Mystery Sampler called Serenity Harbor
by By the Bay Needleworks.

Liz worked on Sampler Tree by Liz Matthews
Additionally she worked on Henrietta from the Animal Crackers collection by Stacy Nash.

*Giveaways
There were subscriber tributes awarded as well as an Organizer and Bundle winner awarded.

*Beginner Basics discussion
Liz shared a project she wishes to start but wanted Deb's assistance with choosing the fabric. So with Liz's floss and linen choices, Deb assisted Liz with her selection.

*Finishes
Deb finished A Heart Remembers by Black Bird Designs. The stitch was done on 46 cnt. Lt. Exemplar linen. It is gorgeous.
Liz finished Chocolate or Coffee by Erica Michaels. It will be finished as a "strawberry".
This piece was stitch on 37 cnt Legacy linen as called for on the pattern.

*Gadget Corner
Several viewers asked about the grid that was shown on a prior Country Stitchers video. The
grid was done using "EZ Guide" and it was previously featured as a gadget. This time Liz showed a piece of evenweave that she had woven the EZ Guide into so that she could demonstrate how it worked. The piece she was stitching was a Tatty Teddy Pattern taken from a pattern featured in the World of Cross Stitch magazine extra. This dates back to the early 2000's. Thanks to her friend ELVA from Hertsfordshire!
