What is keeping MP poor?

Madhya Pradesh is the place where Samrat Ashok started his career. However, in 1980s it was included in the list of BIMARU state, because it was performing poorly in all its key indicators. However, in 2014, it became fastest growing state in the country. Agriculture sector, its biggest contributor to GDP, also saw a major boots. The state still has a lot of challenges, however, its in significantly better condition than where it was 40 years ago. How exactly it all happened, lets understand in today's video.
