Me and Marc made a plan to ride a few trails up in the Goyt valley.

It had been 21 degrees and sunny most of the week but that all changed overnight with storms and torrential rain. The forecast for the ride was actually dry but as you can see that was a load of rubbish as it rained throughout in varying degrees of intensity.

Ah well it's now officially autumn, better get on with it.

In actual fact this ride was an absolute blast. The trails were so slick it made it all a bit daft. So although we got absolutely drenched a top day was had. Mountain bikes are ace!
