Keema Pao Recipe (with Buttery Pao):

Ingredients for Keema:

500g Minced Meat (Beef/Chicken)
2 tbsp Oil/Ghee
1 Onion (finely chopped)
2 Tomatoes (pureed)
2 Green Chilies (chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
Salt to taste
Fresh Coriander (for garnish)
1/4 cup Water
Ingredients for Buttery Pao:

6 Pao/Buns (store-bought or homemade)
2 tbsp Butter
Instructions for Keema:

Cook the Keema:
Heat oil/ghee in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilies. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add pureed tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
Add the minced meat (keema) and cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10-12 minutes.
Pour in water, cover, and cook for another 15-20 minutes until the keema is tender and the flavors meld together.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Prepare Buttery Pao:
Heat butter in a pan and toast the pao until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
To Serve:

Serve the hot, spicy keema with the buttery, toasted pao! 😍
