Windows in an Aluminium Wheelhouse - Rebuilding Schooner Tijgerhaai EP5

Time to get the old windows in the new aluminium wheelhouse. In this video, We prepare the windows from the old wheelhouse to be installed in the new one, do some welding of aluminium frames and cut the holes for the new windows. In other words, making the new new wheelhouse completely ready to be installed on the ship.

Schooner Tijgerhaai (Tigershark) started life in 1944 as a canadian built tugboat and she has been in my family for almost 50 years. Since she came back from a 4 year trip around the world in 1994, the ship has been mostly idle... That changes NOW. Recently, I quit my job as a marine engineer in order to rebuild this beautiful ship together with my dad, to get her up to date and ready for new adventures.
