A pigeon doesn't "give birth" in the way mammals do; instead, it lays eggs, typically two, that hatch in about 18–19 days, and the chicks leave the nest in about 30–37 days. If you want the pigeons to leave, you should remove the eggs within the first five days before the embryos develop. Otherwise, avoid disturbing the nest, as the parents may abandon the eggs, and clean up afterward to prevent them from returning.

Act within five days: Remove the eggs and nest as soon as you can. This is because after about six days, the embryos will begin to develop, and it's not recommended to interfere at that point.
Block the area: Once the nest is gone, block off the area to prevent the pigeons from nesting there again.
