In this short video Ashley Starling, dog trainer to the stars is going to show you how to adjust or fit your herm sprenger pinch prong collar.
When you get a Herm Sprenger pinch or prong collar most likely you will have to adjust the length of the collar. This means you will either have to add or remove links. Pinch any link at the top to compress the prongs and slide the link out. Now your collar will be in two pieces. Repeat the step again to completely remove the link from the rest of the collar. Set the free standing link to the side and reconnect the two pieces of chain together. Use the same process to add links to lengthen the collar. In most cases pet supply stores will sell individual links so you don't have to purchase another Herm Sprenger collar.
