Even more details: In this upgraded version, I touched up some frames, and made it the original 10 FPS, because people said 60 FPS looked weird and glitchy. This uses ESRGAN (the best AI upscaling system that I've seen) to upscale each frame 4x. The specific ESRGAN model that was used is "4x_PixelPerfectV3_103000_G".
