We had a great time camping near Capitol Reef National Park down in the Southern Utah desert red rock country.

I had fun cooking with the Folding Firebox Camp Stove using the Swedish Fire Torch pre-fueling method. I was able to cook over an open flame all night and hardly even touched the fire. Outdoor cooking just seems to taste better. I made chicken fajitas, then cooked a chicken breast followed by a round of cheese quesadillas.
