Hello friends, my name is Christine, and welcome to Frugal Fit Mom! Today we are changing the emergency extreme grocery budget challenge and eating from our pantry for as long as possible. Because I have older kids and we still want fresh items I will continue to hit up sales and go to the store regularly. Shop with me, cook with me, and see what we are eating at our house in January 2023. $170 a month for groceries is only $42.50 a week for 6 people!
