Hello everyone. My name is Peter.
Today was my first day of school. I was so excited and nervous.
Mom had prepared for me a brand new white shirt, neat black pants, and shiny black leather shoes. Looking in the mirror, I felt like a good little student.
Then I had breakfast with my parents. I ate toast with butter and drank orange juice.
After that, Dad took me to school.
Along the way, I was excited to look at everything around me. The sky was blue, the sun was warm. The closer I got to school, the more excited I felt.
Entering the school, I was overwhelmed by the spacious, airy space and the high, well-equipped buildings. The schoolyard was bustling with students playing and running around.
The homeroom teacher with long black hair and a gentle smile welcomed me into the class. The students in the class were all happy and chatting with each other.
The first lesson begins. The teacher taught us about the alphabet. We listened attentively and eagerly learned.
The class went by quickly. When the school bell rang, I felt surprised and regretful. Dad came to pick me up from school. On the way home, I couldn't stop telling Dad about the interesting things on my first day of school.
My first day of school was a beautiful memory in my mind.
