𝐊𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐮 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝

One of the most beautiful gifts of the river Awash, its falls in the eponymous park, have been gifted with an engine for tourism destination development in the form of the newly inaugurated Kuriftu Awash Resort. The world-class establishment features some of the highest end amenities. Its rooms overlooking the falls have an unbeatable view of the sun rising over the mighty river. The resort was inaugurated in the presence of H.E. Ambassador Nasise Challi, Minister of Tourism as well as representatives of tourism authorities from Oromia and Afar national regions. It's hoped this new resort will further spur tourism excursions into the diversely beautiful Awash National Park.
