Healthy AND Delicious Burgers

Chicken burgers don't always need to be unhealthy, fried and greasy - these two recipes show you exactly how you can make still make very delicious burgers at home that are not as unhealthy and taste amazing! Enjoy 🔥

Burger 1
Serves 6
3 large chicken breasts
1 whole egg
2 tsp lemongrass paste
2 spring onions
1 knob of ginger (20g)
Juice of 1 lime
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground garam masala
Big handful of fresh coriander
Salt
Pepper
2 tbsp olive oil

Sauce:
200g Greek yoghurt
2 tsp rose harissa
Salt
Pepper
1 tsp oil

Other:
Gem lettuce, sliced
Spring onions, sliced
1 tsp oil, to cook

Burger 2:
Serves 4

Chicken & Marinade:
4 chicken thighs
Splash of pickle juice
Salt
Pepper
2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp onion powder
3 tbsp yoghurt

Salsa:
1 bag fresh coraidner
1 green chilli, seeds removed
1 avocado
Juice of 1 lime
Big handful of mint
Splash of water
Generous pinch of salt
1 clove of garlic

Slaw:
1/4 red cabbage sliced
Juice of 1/2 a lime
Pinch of salt
2 tsp olive oil

Other:
Tomatoes, sliced, seasoned with salt
Ciabatta buns toasted
Clove of garlic
