❖Storyline❖
► In the Canon danganronpa universe, a student can only become an Ultimate at Hope Peak if they were first nominated by a teacher and second accepted into the program.

This idea is what if there were students who were nominated to be an Ultimate but didn't get accepted into Hope Peak Program. So they are talented students but not real SHSLs. Every single character did commit at least one crime, and instead of them having to jail to pay for what they did, they agreed to part take in this therapy lockdown program.
