One day unexpectedly...
The washing machine does not work well
It does not drain, does not open the door, etc
How to proceed and repair the most common fault, clogged filter or pump
Turn off washing machine
Remove the bottom cover
We extract the washing machine (use resistant rope)
Moisten the friction area of the supports
We extract carefully so as not to damage the hoses
Without unscrewing the cap completely, empty the washing machine of water, little by little
Note: check if your washing machine has a specific drain hose. see instructions
Clean the interior, check that the pump turns correctly
Clean filter
Make sure the gasket is in good condition
Put filter on and tighten it hard
Before inserting the washing machine, check the hoses and cables
Moisten the floor behind the washing machine
Test washing machine, if problem persists call a technician
