In this video, Mike from CCTV Camera Pros, walks you through how-to remotely playback recorded video surveillance footage on your DVR using Viewtron security camera app. The mobile app for Viewtron security camera systems works with Viewtron DVRs, Viewtron NVRs, and Viewtron IP cameras (even if they are not connected to an NVR). The app is available for iPhone and Android phones.

Starting with the live camera view in the mobile app, Mike guides you through bringing up the menu, selecting the video player icon, and navigating seamlessly to the playback feature. The intuitive gesture-based controls let you expand the timeline or jump forward and backward to quickly locate the video footage you are looking for. Mike explains the color-coded timeline—blue for continuous recording, orange for motion detection events, and yellow for AI software human detection.

In addition to the video playback timeline demonstrated in this video, the Viewtron security camera app also supports the following features.
